The Woodlands Hotel and Suites

WMHSMUN has a contract for a block of rooms at the Woodlands Hotel & Suites, a hotel close to the William & Mary campus.

  • Room within the WMHSMUN Block are $219.03/night plus taxes and fees. Each room has two double beds and can comfortably fit up to 4 delegates. Room reservations include complimentary self-parking, and complimentary use of the fitness center and outdoor pool.

    A complimentary bagged breakfast will be available for pickup. More information on pickup times for each school will be sent to sponsors in the fall once registration is complete.

    The WMHSMUN block will officially run from Friday night to Sunday morning. Schools can contact and work with the Woodlands directly if their timeline is different.

    More information, including how to make reservations and the terms and conditions of reserving rooms, will be sent to sponsors alongside the registration confirmation.
