The Woodlands Hotel and Suites

WMHSMUN has a contract for a block of rooms at the Woodlands Hotel & Suites, a hotel close to the William & Mary campus.

  • Rooms within the WMHSMUN Block are $200.01/night (including taxes and additional fees). Each room can comfortably fit up to 4 delegates. Room reservations include complimentary self-parking, and complimentary use of the fitness center and outdoor pool.

    A complimentary breakfast will be available. More information on breakfast will be sent to sponsors in the fall once registration is complete.

    The WMHSMUN block will officially run from Friday night to Sunday morning. Schools can contact and work with the Woodlands directly if their timeline is different.

    More information, including how to make reservations and the terms and conditions of reserving rooms, will be sent to sponsors alongside the registration confirmation.

  • Delegates staying in the WMHSMUN rooming block in the Woodlands will also be able to use the WMHSMUN provided shuttles to and from the conference. More information on the WMHSMUN Shuttle will be available this fall.
