Hillary Waldron
Waldron is a current member of the William & Mary Board of Visitors and former Secretary-General of WMHSMUN XV. She serves as Senior Director of International Business Development at a major U.S. defense contractor. She has led commercial engagement across more than 60 countries and brings over two decades of international business leadership. She has also co-authored industry white papers on defense export policy and international alliance cooperation.
Douglas D. “Rand” Waldron
Waldron graduated from William & Mary in 1999, where he was an active participant in the International Relations Club and William & Mary’s Travel Model UN team. He currently serves as Vice President for Sovereign Relations at Oracle, an IT services and IT consulting firm. Previously, he held the positions of Deputy Assistant Director for the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) and Project Manager for the U.S. Department of Justice.
Professor Dan Maliniak
Prof. Maliniak is an Associate Professor and Director of the International Relations Program at William & Mary. He earned his BA in Government (with highest honors) and Economics from William & Mary and his Ph.D. in Political Science from UC San Diego. His teaching and research focus on international political economy, the environment, public perceptions of the use of force, and the Republic of Georgia. He is also a principal investigator for the Teaching, Research and International Policy (TRIP) program, which examines the intersections of academia, policy, and teaching.
