Nakul Kadaba, Secretary-General, is thrilled to be leading the group that will make WMHSMUN XXIV the most amazing one yet! Currently working on his fifth Secretariat, Nakul is a rising senior, majoring in Economics and History. Apart from the International Relations Club, Nakul is also Vice President of the Hindu Student association, a Student Mentor, a Resident Assistant, and a member of the South Asian Student Association. He has been doing Model UN since 8th grade and has a deep passion for it. He hopes to use his degree to get into graduate school for studying Economic Development and using that to eventually work for the United Nations. |

John F. Kirn III, Director General, is a rising junior at the College and is excited to be serving on his third secretariat! He is planning to double major in International Relations and Environmental Policy, leading to law school. In addition to IR Club activities and Model UN, he is involved with the College's Committee on Sustainability, has participated in international aid allocation research, and is the president of the non-partisan student group Americans for Informed Democracy. Among other clubs and activities, John enjoys international relations theory, debating public policy, Wesley Foundation events, photography, skiing, Spanish, playing soccer, building sandcastles, and taking late night jogs through Colonial Williamsburg. |

Cameron Beasley, Under-Secretary-General of General Assemblies, is ecstatic to have been given the opportunity to create and manage the GA's for the best WMHSMUN yet! As a rising sophomore, Cameron is planning to major in International Relations along with a possible minor in Philosophy. On campus, he is currently a member of the International Relations Club and the Student Environmental Action Commission, while also holding a part-time job at the W&M Bookstore and interning at the National Center for State Courts. His obsession with Model UN began in 10th grade and has continued unfalteringly since. His ultimate goal is to work with the United Nations in any way possible and, until that time, he plans to take any necessary steps toward that goal.

Zann Isacson, Under-Secretary-General of Specialized Agencies, is so pumped to be apart of her first WMHSMUN secretariat! Zann is a rising sophomore planning to major in International Relations with a focus on security issues. She hopes to join the Peace Corps after graduation and eventually work for the State Department. At the College, Zann pursues her love for Model UN by participating in the International Relations Club, and spends the rest of her time as a member of the Debate team and Young Democrats. Besides creating chaos through crises, Zann loves discovering new music, drinking coffee, and meeting new people.

William Shimer, Director of Public Relations and Publications, is thrilled to be on the WMHSMUN XXIV Secretariat! William, a rising Sophomore, is planning on majoring in Government with a possible minor in Economics or Finance. After graduation, he wants to work for the State Department or a D.C. think-tank and eventually join a consulting firm. Outside of the International Relations Club, William is an intern at the Project on International Peace and Security (PIPS), an undergraduate think-tank, and he plays on the club Ultimate Frisbee team. He spent the summer watching the World Cup and studying abroad in Rome which was a life-changing experience. He fills his spare time by waterskiing, relaxing with friends, and spending a small fortune at Wawa. |

Ilsa Tinkelman, Chargeé D'Affaires, is absolutely stoked to be working with the secretariat of WMHSMUN XXIV to make this conference an unforgettable experience for all! She is a rising senior here at the college, majoring in Government and getting her teaching certification in secondary social studies. In addition to her participation in International Relations Club activites, Ilsa chairs the ritual committee for Phi Mu sorority, plays women's club rugby, attends Hillel events, and volunteers with a local girl scout troop. She also enjoys playing intramural sports, hiking and camping, listening to loud music, studying arabic, and discussing political theory. After graduation, Ilsa hopes to work for Teach for America, and would love to contribute to a Model UN program wherever she ends up teaching. |

Katie Mitchell, Chief of Staff, is really quite happy to be working at WMHSMUN XXIV! Katie is a rising sophomore attempting to double major in Neuroscience and Government. She has been involved in Model UN since her freshman year in high school, and has served both as a delegate and a dais member. On campus, Katie is also a member of DoubleTake, William and Mary's competitive coed a cappella group, and Canterbury, the Episcopalian campus ministry. After college, Katie hopes to be some combination of a record producer, neurosurgeon, international trade lawyer, and National Security Advisor. She will most likely go to medical school. In her spare time, Katie enjoys reading books about the brain or food, playing piano, eating, cooking, and plotting world domination with strategies that she acquires from Machiavelli and Gossip Girl. |

Joshua Karp, Director of Technology, a rising senior at the College, is thrilled to be serving on his fourth secretariat. He is majoring in Government and minoring in Computer Science, with a focus on political communication. Besides his work at WMHSMUN, Joshua is the co-founder of Students for a Better Williamsburg, a student-run political action committee. In his copious free time, he works as a website developer for the university library. Joshua is excited to make this year's conference run smoother than ever before, and can't wait until November! |

Brendan Greenley, Assistant Director of Technology, is a rising sophomore who is delighted to be serving on his first WMHSMUN Secretariat. He is looking to double major in Government and either Chemistry or Psychology, and is also the Treasurer for his dorm's Hall Council Executive Board. Growing up in a military family, Brendan moved around a lot early on in his life, living in three different countries in addition to three different US states, before settling down in Fairfax, VA. The resulting exposure to different cultures inspired Brendan's interest in international politics, and while he is unsure of what he will do in terms of a career, he definitely wants a job that will allow him to live abroad. |

Tanji Ahmed, Director of Conference Development, is a rising senior at the College double majoring in Government and French. He finds it thrilling to help develop WMHSMUN XXIV into the best high school conference that participants have ever been to. Before transferring to William and Mary, Tanji served on his first secretariat at Christopher Newport University, but he is now enthused to be on another secretariat in a different capacity. In addition to his involvement in the International Relations Club, he is involved with Alpha Phi Omega (the nation's premier service fraternity), and William and Mary's Office of Community Engagement and Scholarship as a Student Director. Among other activities, Tanji enjoys drawing, running, learning foreign languages, cooking, and bustin' out moves on the dance floor. After graduation, Tanji hopes to eventually acquire a Ph.D. in International Relations and work for the Department of State for the rest of his life. |
